Back to the original purpose of this thread: how War is awesome. Consider that if you kill someone or destroy something in real life, you get arrested and thrown into jail. Sodomy ensues. But War is not real life! You don't get arrested. You get a medal, because War is all about brining chaotic joy into so many people's lives.
Also, War is responsible for great technological leaps, as well as catalysing social change and revolution. War brings stability to unstable or uncivilised lands, like the Middle East, and turns them into wonderous democracies. War gives freedom to countries, like how we got freedom in the Australian War of Independence against the Dutch in 1708. Wars also help spread religion, which brings meaning into people's lives. In conclusion, and I know it's a big call: War is the best thing white people ever invented. Ever.  Alternatively this thread could be a discussion about what is the best thing white people ever invented, if you don't agree. |
